Reese Cain is a Level 3 certified personal trainer in Liverpool, specialising in boxing, strength and conditioning, and body fat reduction. Based at PureGym Liverpool Aintree, he helps clients across Liverpool, Bootle, Walton and Fazakerley transform their fitness with programmes built around real experience β not textbook theory.
Before qualifying as a PT, Reese competed in boxing for over a decade β 21 fights, Merseyside & Cheshire Champion at 71kg in 2023, plus years of competitive football. That experience is the foundation of how he trains you now.
Getting ripped for weigh-ins. Managing a weight cut without losing strength. Building stamina that lasts 12 rounds. Dialling in nutrition so you recover and still perform. These aren't things he read in a manual β they're things he's lived through, refined, and can now teach you.

He's now adding Level 4 Strength & Conditioning and his Level 1 Boxing Coach qualification because the only standard he'll accept is "better every month than the one before."
